Continuing With The Pregnancy

You may already have dismissed this as an option. Under difficult circumstances, many women feel that way.

Having a baby can mean
  • a big responsibility
  • hard work
  • financial difficulties
  • single parenthood
  • housing difficulties
  • loss of freedom
  • loss of education
Many feel that they just couldn't cope. Difficult circumstances feel overwhelming. You may be worried about the reaction of
  • your partner
  • your family
  • your friends
Often the views of the people closest to us affect how we feel. It's important that you consider what you feel about having a baby. Ask yourself these questions:
  • If there were no problems, how would you feel about having your baby?
  • Had you imagined yourself as a mother with children in the future?
  • How realistic are your fears?
  • What are the positive aspects of keeping the baby for you?
... what about adoption? | ... what about abortion?
