Our free and low cost counselling service is primarily for those that access our service through our family support workers or We Are Family programme or those who have been referred to us from other organisations.

We also offer counselling to vulnerable adults in Newham regarding parenting, pregnancy and pregnancy/baby loss issues, women with an experience of abuse or those with no recourse to public funds.

Please complete the self-referral if you are enquiring for yourself or complete the professional referral if you are a professional referring from another organisation.

If you are referred by a professional your right to confidentiality still stands and the content of your information gathering appointment and further sessions will not be shared.
